We upcycle** out-of-service sports gear such as wetsuits, sails, bike-tubes and kites, wetsuit zips, old tents, climbing ropes etc. These materials take on average around 100 years to decompose in nature.
The materials that we use to create our products are donated to us by fellow surfers, sailors, bikers, kiters, surf schools, sail schools and other outdoor enthusiasts who have been inspired by our mission.

BIKETUBESBike tubes and tyres are made from rubber.
It never fully decomposes.
WETSUITSWetsuits are made from Neoprene.
Neoprene takes between 50 and 80 years to decompose in landfill.
KITESURFING KITESKites are made from Polyester and Nylon.
Polyester and Nylon will take at least 100 years - if ever - to decompose.
SAILS AND WINDSAILSWindsails and sails are made from Dacron, Mylar, Kevlar and Nylon.
These materials take a minimum of 100 years to decompose.
